This is pretty complex to DIY.. hopefully superstreamer adds this feature soon. https://github.com/superstreamerapp/superstreamer/issues/103

If not, we could probably hack something together using vcsi and/or something like https://github.com/radiantmediaplayer/rmp-create-vtt-thumbnails, but the biggest challenge I see from other vtt implementations is that long vods use multiple spritesheets, not just one.
