Example, el_xox stream on 2024-04-27T03:50:31.735Z was a premium stream. there is currently no way to note in a Stream datatype that the stream was premium (we are not archiving premium streams)

The only way to note a premium stream is a Vod datatype which is not helpful when we don't have any vod!
