thumbnails are broken #35

futureporn-qa is the process which creates thumbnails.

many thumbnails are missing.

some thumbnails 404.

futureporn-qa seems to create good thumbnails now. The problem is that many old vods are without proper thumbnails, and futureporn-qa doesn't do anything about those vods because futureporn-qa only acts on vods which are being edited.

I think we need a process which randomly checks old vods for problems, the first of which is a bad thumbnail. Maybe this process gets triggered when futureporn-qa reaches an idle state.
