When an ipfs node goes offline, I have no idea.

This is a regression. Previously had a Grafana instance running. I forgot how it works and I always hated opening it's bloated UI. I need something simpler. systemd up/down status, e-mail alerts, ncurses dashboard, and that's it. Something Boring.
